Homebody Properties grew out of years of hands-on hosting and property management in Cape Town. We also work remotely with owners in the UK, Ireland, the USA and the UAE, helping them onboard, optimise their listings and deliver great guest experiences.

 

Who we work with

Owners in Cape Town: full management, including the hands-on work such as cleaning, restocking, maintenance and inspections. We are currently taking on properties in Yzerfontein and the surrounding West Coast only.

 

Owners elsewhere: remote hosting or co-hosting, run from Cape Town. Includes revenue and channel management, bookings and guest communication.

What we offer

Full hosting. We act as the host. We handle guest messages, bookings, check-in and reviews, with warmth and professionalism. 

Virtual co-hosting. You stay in charge and we take on the parts you don’t want to do, such as guest communication or pricing.

Listing setup and optimisation. We write the descriptions and keyword-rich titles, and arrange the photos, so your listing gets found and turns views into bookings.

Channel management. Your calendar stays in sync across Airbnb, Booking.com, and more, so there are no double bookings.

Automations and workflows. Guest messages, cleaning schedules and review requests run automatically, so hosting takes far less time.

Admin and coordination. We schedule cleans and maintenance and handle compliance documents, so your property is always guest-ready.

Virtual assistance. Whether you run one rental or several, we can take on the day-to-day tasks that eat into your time. We work remotely, around your schedule and time zone.
